Community Advancement and Redevelopment Enterprise (CARE) is a 501c3 non-profit affiliate of the Monroe Housing Authority.
CARE was founded in 2016 to assist Monroe Housing Authority in its efforts to provide housing to low-to-moderate income families in the City of Monroe and throughout Union County.
CARE's primary purpose is developing, creating, owning, financing, maintaining, and generally providing affordable housing for individuals or families with low or moderate incomes.
