Sealed bids are being received by Monroe Housing Authority and CARE SWG LLC Pest Control Services. Scope of work and Instructions may be obtained by calling 704.289.2514.

Sealed bids will be received until 11 a.m. on April 22, 2024, at 504 Hough Street, Monroe, NC, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder who meets all requirements.

Preference will be given to Section 3 contractors. Monroe Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
