CARE SWG Waiting List Open 8/3/2026 - 8/21/2026!

The Monroe Housing Authority will be opening the project-based voucher (PBV) waiting list for our CARE SWG LLC properties, Serenity Place, Willow Oaks, and Grace Gardens, on Monday, August 3, 2026, for our 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartment units.

Applications will only be accepted online August 3, 2026 - August 21, 2026.
