Notice to Residents Regarding Rental Payment Changes

The Monroe Housing Authority, acting as the agent for Care SWG, LLC and Care West Ridge Community, would like to inform residents of an important update regarding rental payment procedures.

Effective August 1, 2025, please note the following:

• Residents living on the following streets should make rental payments (checks or money orders) payable to Care SWG, LLC:
  
  • Green Street, Hudson Street, Maurice Street, Jackson Street, North West Street, North Bragg Street, and Walk-up Avenue.
    
    
• Residents of the Care West Ridge Community, specifically those living on Boyte Street or Hart Street, should make rental payments payable to Care West Ridge.

Aviso a los Residentes sobre Cambios en los Pagos de Alquiler

La Autoridad de Vivienda de Monroe, actuando como agente de Care SWG, LLC y Care West Ridge Community, desea informar a los residentes sobre una actualización importante en el proceso de pago del alquiler.

Con vigencia a partir del 1 de agosto de 2025, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:

• Los residentes que viven en las siguientes calles deberán hacer sus pagos de alquiler (cheques o giros postales) a nombre de Care SWG, LLC:
  • Green Street, Hudson Street, Maurice Street, Jackson Street, North West Street, North Bragg Street y Walk-up Avenue.
• Los residentes de la comunidad Care West Ridge, específicamente los que viven en Boyte Street o Hart Street, deberán hacer sus pagos de alquiler a nombre de Care West Ridge.
