Qiana Wise Joins Monroe Housing Staff

MONROE, NC - Qiana Wise recently joined the staff of Monroe Housing, serving as a Voucher Specialist. In this role, Mrs. Wise will assist with navigating the housing process and ensure that tenants are treated with care and have a pleasant housing experience.

Originally from Chicago, Mrs. Wise relocated to the Monroe area in July 2022. Mrs. Wise's studies are immersed in Business Administration and Management continuing education through Maryland University. Additionally, Mrs. Wise holds Life and Health insurance licenses currently in NC, expanding to SC.

With over 20 years of experience, Mrs. Wise brings her management, customer service, compliance, and retention expertise to the agency. Prior to joining Monroe Housing, Mrs. Wise served as a Compliance Loan Specialist for the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Mrs. Wise has a blended family with her newlywed spouse Kenneth Wright, one daughter and two bonus daughters. During her free time Mrs. Wise enjoys spending time with family, road trips, exploring nature, hiking and chasing waterfalls.
