2018 Coat-A-Ween

Monroe Housing Authority and Theophilos III Ministries host its 1st Coat-A-Ween!  Coats donated by Diane Cogsdell of Theophilos III Ministries were distributed to residents during the Halloween gathering at Grace Gardens community center on October 31st.
