I Understand I Am Responsible For The Following:

1. My Rent Remains Due And Payable On The First Of The Month. Rent Will Be Prorated If Move-Out Occurs After The First Day Of The Month.
   
   
2. A Move-Out Inspection Will Be Done By MHA Maintenance And Me If I Am Available. My Apartment Must Be Clean And All Trash Removed.
   
   
3. All Of My Keys Must Be Turned In. Rent Will Continue To Accrue until Management Has Possession Of My Keys.
   
   
4. I Am Providing My New Address To The Office.
